    adidas athlete Natalie Dau has redefined the limits of endurance. 🏃♀️🔥     In 2024, Natalie ran 1,000km from Thailand to Singapore in 12 days, setting two Guinness World Records, including the fastest crossing of the 739km Peninsular Malaysia in 8 days and 46 minutes.     This year, she returned with Project 1000: Breaking 8, with adidas supporting her journey as a brand partner. The goal was clear: complete the length of Peninsular Malaysia in under eight days. This meant running over 105km every single day, with almost no room for error and even less time for recovery.     Along the route, 13 members of our team joined her for short stretches of the run, and a small glimpse into the incredible challenge she was taking on. Brutal heat and relentless downpours, wrong turns, injury, and sleepless nights were just a few of the many setbacks she had to power through.     The result? Natalie didn’t just break eight – she smashed her previous record, completing 739.88km in 6 days, 16 hours, and 37 minutes! 💪    Project 1000 was not just a challenge to push physical limits. For Natalie, it has always been about using sport to raise awareness and funds for children in underserved communities.     We’re proud to have Natalie with us at adidas, showing the world how sport can drive performance and be a force for change beyond the finish line. 🌍

    With our latest federation away kits now launched, we wanted to celebrate the return of the Trefoil to the FIFA World Cup, together with some of our colleagues from around the world.    There was no brief beyond “style the jersey your way”. This freedom brought out a mixture of style, personality, culture, and national pride, all shaped by the places our teammates call home. Usually working behind the scenes, our employees became the creative heart of this project, showing that football isn’t just shaped on the pitch, but also by the people who bring our brand to life every day.    This video captures that energy: a celebration of the vibrant mix of styles, identities, and creativity. And that’s where football culture really lives – in everyday moments. #adidasfootball #fifaworldcup

    New kids on the block 🏈 Introducing the 2026 U.S. Football Rookie Class, featuring 14 of the league’s top prospects, including Fernando Mendoza, Caleb Downs and Kenyon Sadiq.  Members of the class arrived at our North America headquarters in Portland for the first adidas Football Pro Day — an immersive experience designed to give the incoming partners a first look at what a partnership with the brand means, while also preparing them for their professional careers.  While on campus, the athletes went through gear testing and evaluation, custom fittings, brand meetings, and styling sessions. They were also given a first look at the newly renovated Innovation Lab, bringing athletes and designers into the same space to test, learn, and iterate in real time.     “Through sport, we have the power to change lives” matters most when it shapes how we work, not just what we say.    The Supernova Rise 3 Adaptive – adidas’ first performance running shoe designed by and for adaptive athletes and people with disabilities – is a true testament to this statement in action. Inspired by ongoing collaboration with adidas partner Chris Nikic, the first person with Down syndrome to complete an Ironman, we teamed up with GAMUT Management to facilitate focus groups and product feedback sessions with people with diverse disabilities, including Paralympians Tracy Otto and Haven Shepherd. Their feedback allowed us to develop a shoe that addresses the unique needs of people with disabilities, making sport more accessible and ultimately earning the shoe the GAMUT Seal of Approval™.     Built on the comfort and support of the Supernova franchise, the Supernova Rise 3 Adaptive includes modifications that make it easier to put on, adjust and wear comfortably. A stiffened, easy step-in heel pairs with tactile elements on the heel and loops to make it easier to put on and the low-pressure lacing system and gusseted tongue work to reduce pressure and irritation while keeping the foot secure.  This project is a reminder that innovation and progress in sport are meaningful only if it results in the best for every athlete. At adidas, we’re committed to listening to and learning from our athletes and consumers and ensuring adaptive performance isn’t treated as an afterthought.    Find out more here: https://adidas.pub/4cfST1H
