Hello Adidas, I am facing a very frustrating experience with a defective shoe (Galaxy 7 M) and the Mall of Arabia store in Egypt. Despite having the original box and serial number, the store refused to help, and my emails (Case #94662316) since Jan 12th have been ignored.
