"The foundation for my mattress was easy to put together without any tools. Because of its size I had to assemble the frame in my garage and then bring into the bedroom. Once placed into the bed frame, it was easy to roll out the slats and unroll the mattress on top. All a little bulky, but light enough to handle. Provides a solid base."
