Spider is a great game, and this app provides an excellent format for all levels of play. I just finished a 2-suited game. I actually enjoyed the challenge of repeatedly having to undo moves, occasionally restarting the same deal from scratch. I really felt like I Improved my playing skills quite a lot by working through the process of dissecting and studying my previous moves, figuring out and following alternative pathways through the deck, and remembering (for the most part) those pathways which I had previously attempted. I felt a great deal more satisfaction when I finally discovered a route which allowed me to successfully maneuver my way through the entire deck to completion. As opposed to previous games when, after an unsuccessful first attempt in finding my way through the deck, I would make, at most, 2 or 3 half-hearted efforts to find a successful alternative route before asking for a new deal. We'll see, over the next few games, whether I learned as much as I think I did. Maybe I'll follow up on my success, or lack thereof, if the results seem to me to be of any interest or use to anyone. I'll try to be brutally honest with myself. I really don't want to bore people, or worse yet, come across like a self-Important fool. Therefore, you may never here from me again.Anyway, as the state patrol officer said to me, after stopping me for not having my updated registration sticker on my car's license plate, and seeing the paperwork from the county sheriff, who had stopped me for the same offense not 20 minutes prior: "Have a better day."
