This game is decent but it severely needs an add on for casual play. The only content that is solo are the temporary “hole in one” and “challenge mode” options. However these only give out a couple “free entry” tickets each and are heavily influenced to help pay-to-win players. In fact almost all of the recent updates have gone towards helping people that want to pay more (with the addition of tees and the new challenge mode). The only solace is that the game puts a total cap on entries so players with deep pockets can’t collect everything in one go.It’s easy to get frustrated with this game and it makes you want to complain that it’s rigged at times, but really it’s more of a challenge of skill with just a touch of luck most of the time. Especially as you grow into the more difficult courses. Winning takes an adept touch at reading the wind, using the right club, adding the proper spin to the ball, taking advantage of obstacles, and sometimes being aggressive with your opponent. Moving up to each new level is also difficult because you’ll likely be playing someone that has run the course before and knows the advantages to running different routes. There are also a couple of game changing clubs that make many courses easier but the contents of each players bag never guarantee a victory though they certainly give an advantage. This game is challenging and good for competitive players but a severe lack of casual content (Players even have to wager coins to play with a friend.) and heavy pay-to-win advantages will likely turn off most casual players.

Game is very addicting each level cost more and more coins so you must buy them or hope to win enough. When I offered I bought the initial starter pack for $1.99 which gave me enough coins and gold bars for what I wanted to do. Most quest require you to be on level three or higher self there’s a class not going on I just go back to level one or two and just practice. One thing I do not like but it’s not the games fault wish there was a way to report someone for on sportsman like conduct. Granted it’s miniature golf it’s just a game but there are some players who take it to literally can’t play it like croquet they’ll purposely hit your ball out of the way so they can win the game. To me that’s un-sportsman as most people if you’re shooting to the left side of the screen the other person sitting to the right side of the screen unless there’s a reason for shooting the same side like wind direction. Anyways, I won’t spend anymore money on the game and just happy playing basically the first four levels though I have levels five and six open I have only played them three times and one time respectively. I may get my wife to join to play as you can challenge friends you just don’t get the rewards count toward your tournaments, rewards, etc.

I recently downloaded this app 2 days ago. The play was easy and I was surprised I was winning a total of 50 games which coins I had around 22,500 today. I played one 6k game and lost. Then I decide to bump down the the 400 game which I needed up losing time after time again. Now I had literally about “521” and told myself to just play the 100 game. Lost 5 times and have 21 coins left. I’ve had a total of 122 trophies but now down to 79. There’s no legit way to earn gold bars unless you open a chest or whip out your debit card and spend money, which I am NOT doing. I don’t want to say the game is rigged BUT about majority of the reviews I’ve read are having this same issue which makes me believe that there’s some trick that makes you feel as if you’re winning it all then next you’re literally struggling to survive. There was one person with only a club power up that ended up winning the game in 2 strokes but I went first. I have every second row power ups of all equipment open and have used and failed to win the game, Was no where near close to the hole. The game has a lot of potential but I also don’t see why we don’t have to option to play in single mode or even play the golf game THE RIGHT WAY. It makes me mad and frustrated and it’s something you should look into..UPDATE: THIS GAME IS LITERAL BS. NETWORK CONNECTION IS FINE, BUT IT SAYS TO CHECK NETWORK CONNECTION AS I’M WINNING SO I LOSE COINS AND TROPHIES. F THIS GAME.. SERIOUSLY. 100% PATHETIC

The game has made an absolutely fun way to play mini golf against friends and strangers. The gameplay and graphics are appealing. But, There are quite a few things that tick me off, actually makes me quite frustrated. First off, the game is pay to win. Don’t bother gaining riches and beyond without spending quite a few bucks, but this doesn’t tick me off as much as scoring issues. The game has a gem scoring system where you play the course and collect available gems. Once a gem is picked up, you are scored for it. This immediately gives the person that goes first a promising chance at getting more gems than you. Once you play a course a few times, you gain a system of playing and usually make the course with an albatross... and so does your opponent. BUT you can’t beat your opponent because they went first and had more gems than you. Maybe if there were a way to switch wind speed the opposite direction, or even a tie breaking match to decides who wins (closest to the hole?). The wins on this games are ridiculous and I spent a good $30 before I started catching on. I hate the gem scoring system, it’s horrible. So REMEMBER, if you are going to play this game, you will also get irritated by this too. It will make you want to delete this app, that’s what I’m doing so I don’t get any more frustrated 😌. I never write reviews for any apps unless they are flawless, or horrible. Take a guess on this one.
