I love this game! I have played it for 6 years with no issues. I play for hours every day and usually purchase lots of keys! But in the last few months it keeps kicking me out every time I connect to the internet, so I cannot sell anything in my barn and so I keep getting jammed up. I play on an iPad mini, the same one that I have always used. I even ordered a new iPad by I thought it was a flaw in my device but same thing happened on the new one. I have checked my internet connection and it works for all my other apps without kicking me out. I have also tried factory data resetting the iPad, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and logging out and back in... I have made it to level 99 and would love to see 100+ and many more years of playing! Any ideas???? Help!!!!A few days after posting this, Zynga got in touch with me via email and I can now sell stuff if I don’t try to sell too much too fast...Zynga was very helpful and quick to try to help me. I still cannot make any visa purchases bc when I try to it says “thank you for your purchase” and quickly kicks me out of the game but still takes my money out of my bank account and I don’t get my keys that I wanted...so still needs some work but I can’t figure out how to get back ahold of them bc the email they sent me is a “no response necessary” type. I am hoping they will reach back out to me and continue to try to fix my game on my end! I love this game and have and will spend plenty more if they can fix my issue and continue to play for many years to come

This game is a gift! A number of years ago one of our granddaughters as a teenager came down with Very Severe Aplastic Anemia, a very rare disease of the bone marrow. First hospital made an attempt to reset her bone marrow function. When that failed after some time, the next step was a bone marrow transplant, in another town. She had a perfect match for a donor and all went well until a few days away from the 100 day mark (which means all is well). All suddenly became not well and we almost lost her to a rare cancer which resulted from the necessary but invasive treatments. She was sent to NYC for t-cell treatments, which cured the cancer. She is now well, after many miraculous events, and is married to a young man from church who she knew growing up. She is now an LPN with a wonderful job. - Where does FV fit in, you may wonder. Can you even begin to imagine all the waiting rooms and long hours of waiting in them during the course of our granddaughter’s illness? Oh my! We, of course, spent much time praying for her. But I do feel that the Lord directed me to this game as a pressure reliever and sanity keeper. My burdened thoughts cleared up as I played, and better decisions were made on behalf of our granddaughter as a result. It was an enjoyable tool during an extremely difficult time. - I still love and play the game! For my older brain the challenges are rewarding. I love earning a new permanent farmhand. I remember playing this game a few years ago. I found the game rather overwhelming, with needing to be at 3 or 4 different places at once, having 10 quests and goals to go for, on a limited time frame. I came back to it about a week ago, gotta say I’m enjoying the heck out of the game now. Leveling up faster and doing s lot better. Cool additions too. I think the wait times are a bit ridiculous with some things, like the Pond. 8 hours? A far stretch from the 15m, 2h, from the glade and mine, and 15m and 1h for prized cow and sheep. I can get mint in other ways such as the market. The rewards are bad for the long wait you put into the pong and it’s not worth. The time it takes for some things, like loaded baked potatoes and other things that take over 2h, is frustrating st times especially when you need numerous to do some tasks. Not bad though, the player can’t play nonstop without using keys, so good way of doing it. Another problem is time. You can move your device's time around and the stuff in game will move around. If you set your devices time to years ago, open the app, you can just fast forward each time you want something it seems. Guilty I tried once and have to wait 5,000 days for things like friendship fertilizer which is why I dumped that account and started over. Outside of that, my only other thing is please make it easier to navigate. I keep harvesting stuff accidentally if I do not make a long enough swipe. An a bit more storage space would be sweet. Maybe do like with the farm trading thing and let us pay keys to rent space, or something. Thanks for reading!

The game started out great and was becoming my favorite game ever. I was happy to finally find a game without a "Candy crush" game to continue on, but this game is awesome and doesn't make you do any of that.There are two issues with this game: the keys and the glitches. I'm making a lot of money, but everything mostly costs keys which are very hard to come by. As for the glitches, the main one i faced was on level 8 trying to access Grandma's Glade. It kept getting stuck/frozen after I was collecting the berries and I wasn't able to proceed. I tried closing and reopening the app, deleting and redownloading, restarting my phone, etc. and every time it would bring me right back to the beginning of getting into Grandma's Glade. And it always costed keys to speed up the berries, because we were forced to, but I didn't realize that even though it kept getting stuck and restarting, it still took all my keys. I wasn't able to see how many keys or money I had because every time I opened the app, it went right into that guy going into Grandma's Glade. It wasn't until all my keys were gone that it finally let me through. Other than those two issues I've faced so far, I do love the game. But those issues need to be addressed and fixed because I do see I am not the only one facing those problems.
