Exactly they control there ratings they only want 5 stars who ever has got deleted from this company we all need together, get together and get an attorney because this company needs to be shut down. They’re discriminating people they pick and choose who they want and this is wrongful and they don’t take care of the customers their prejudiced I signed up in the next day. I know I get an email saying that they deleted me and I can no longer work from them. Wow this is how you treat people companies like you need to be shut down and put away certain regulations on what you can put down as far as what you can do and how you could treat people and this is not the way you run a fair business in the world this company I know it’s been awkward for quite some time and I’m sure they’ve got a lot of justice to people. Well we all need to get together and we need to get a lawsuit and an attorney and shut the doors down to this company.

Awsome-ness
I was told about this app, by a friend in Dallas, Tx. This is where I did my orientation and whatnot. I was told they were a new company and still securing accounts but Lyft was their biggest partner. Now, I was actually in the process of moving to Phoenix,AZ. I was informed that this job would even transfer there. Great. I get to Phoenix and the job market was dead. There were positions and jobs available a week before I got here. I started work at Panera within my first week of moving here. I patiently waited for BlueCrew to have more jobs. About 2 weeks later a ton of jobs pop up, as the app notified me. I applied to one that fit my school schedule best. The start date and schedule changed 3 times. Then I was placed on standby. By the time I was waitlisted and placed on standby I had already quit Panera thinking I was starting work for BlueCrew/Lyft on Monday. Come to find out the supervisor had already filled all the positions. BlueCrew has been no help in regards to explaining the false advertising. Why list multiple jobs and start times and dates if they aren’t available? No one could answer that question and the supervisor stopped communicating with me when I asked why I was waitlisted after several schedule changes. In theory this app might be stellar but it’s execution is poor. You’ll be on a waitlist, forever. I’ve been on a waitlist for an entire month now. Do not waste your time. And yes I have a complete profile up with resume and all. Not worth it. At all.

Clock in/out issues

I gave this app a one star because last week when I started back working at Coca-Cola In North metro the app was always saying every day I clock in or out that I am to far from the worksite and the crazy part is I’m at the worksite as it is saying all of this but at first I didn’t take the issue seriously until the third day after receiving emails of them saying that they can’t approve my time because i clock in to far from work site . The first day they sent me that email I explained to them that I believe that the app needs to be checked out and that my phone location stays on at all times and that they need to have the engineer team take a look at it . The fourth day I get same email but this time they tell me make sure my location is on(it’s never off) today makes the 8th day but today they sent me a threat saying the will terminate my job if I keep having this issue. Why they just don’t talk to my supervisor or check the sign in sheet at the guard shack we are all forced to sign before we can even clock in or out the app it’s a coke policy but instead of then checking that sign in sheet or contact my supervisor they tried me so I made I promise that soon I get off work I was going to first save our thread in my messages in the app as my proof of everything im saying and that im giving them a one star and im giving all information to my attorney because now im about to have my attorney go after them they have no one from bluecrew at none of these sites so for them to threat me and not send a member of blue crew over to the site let’s me know they are not a company anyone should work for

Miscommunication galore

I had a couple of good experiences with the app, but overall? It has been confusing and the communication is seriously lacking. The last time I worked through BlueCrew, I was removed from a scheduled shift due to a misunderstanding. The only direct communication I received from the client was praising my work ethic, so imagine my surprise when I drove over an hour for a scheduled shift, and found out that I was removed. Neither BlueCrew nor the client informed me that I had been removed, and I was only brought up to speed about what happened after I asked to speak to the head person on the site. I hadn’t broken any rules, and hadn’t received any warnings or negative feedback from any of the supervisors at any point. I contacted BlueCrew and they sided with the client, which is fine, but then my account was deactivated. I didn’t have any strikes before or after that instance. I contacted support and they said that my account was reactivated, and it never actually was. In fact, it now says that I would be unable to work with BlueCrew again. The communication is seriously lacking, it seems they arbitrarily change their grounds for permanent deactivation, and they’ve shown to not follow through on their. It’s disappointing because the app seemed to have so much potential to be great.
