I recently was charged the annual subscription when I forgot to cancel the trial - I canceled and requested a refund through Apple, was denied, appealed, and was denied again Apple said they had no further actions and that I could have access for the year. The app itself mentioned Apple handles refunds. Needles to say, like you (if you’re still reading this) I was UPSET! I left a poor review as well. BUT there is light, and I blame Apple for lack of work-around and humanistic training for their reps! - your solution? SWITCH YOIR SUBSCRIPTION TO A WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION IN THE APP itself subscription section, then cancel, it will prompt you that you’ll get a prorated refund (I was both happy and still anxious to see what the proration was) happy to inform its almost a full refund less the weekly fees for however long you had it! (If you’ve had it for a few months you may want to switch to monthly billing, do the math and try to calculate the max refund). I truly hope this helps someone in the same situation!! Apple should do better and I encourage you to leave a 5 star review for Bazaart afterwards because they are getting a lot of negative reviews over this. Technology is so great but we really need people to intentionally help navigate it when it’s not working for people. This is really impactful financially both for us as consumers and Bazaart as a brand receiving reviews fueled with misdirected frustration.

Free alternative to photoshop!

I was looking for a free alternative to photoshop, so I downloaded this app. It has lots of easy to use features that you don’t need to pay for, although there is a premium subscription (that I don’t have). In premium, it will outline and photoshop images for you, but without it you have to do it yourself. I prefer this though, because you can cut away any section of the picture you like, so I can just trace the person I want to cut out, and paste them in a new picture. Just make sure when you are using this feature (called “cut”) that you don’t try to zoom in without saving first, because usually it messes the picture up and puts the lines in a different spot than where they were before. In addition, this app has many other features: I have also made memes, birthday cards, custom bingo, a phone lock screen, and a promotional poster with it. You can add text, effects like sparkles or snow, draw, crop images, make images a different shape, and more. I have recommended this app to my friends, and we use it to combine pictures for covers of our monthly playlists. Another thing about it being free is that when you save the image, it adds a watermark, but you can just make the picture smaller than the canvas and then crop it out of the photo later. Note: I have always used an iPad with this app, so I don’t know how it works on other devices.

Would be perfect except for the crashing!!

This app would be perfect if it didn’t constantly crash. I’ve gone back and forth with the IT people and it still crashes over and over again. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern, and it isn’t happening to many other people I know using it. And why can’t you uninstall and reinstall without losing all of your projects?! It’s really the best app for removing backgrounds and cutting out pictures. I’ve paid for the premium package every month (though they did give me a year of premium free due to the ongoing issues). Totally worth it if they could fix the bugs. It’s very aggravating when you’re trying to create a project and get kicked out repeatedly. Please fix it and you’ll get 5+ stars from me. Update: After deleting and reinstalling the app and redoing my library, it’s worked great. I’m able to create comprehensive projects with great features without problems. No other app can compare to the tools Bazaart offers. A+Update: April 18th, 2023 - after uninstalling and re-installing the app, even though I lost all of my projects and had to start over, things are working very well, no more issues. No other app compares to Bazaart - from the multitudes of tools and backgrounds, to the constant updates and addition of new tools to make your work so much easier.

By Far Best Design App in every aspect & really worth every penny if you’re even just playing around as a beginner or advanced. You will be pleased. Guaranteed. Helps me a ton with multiple different projects i do. In the streetwear and sneaker business. Also an accountant. Fiancé runs a fitness program. Every single aspect of each business. Small to big projects. I can literally do every part. Every business. Use it even for photography which i do a ton of for clothing and sneakers. There are obviously a few apps (free or even low priced apps) that sometimes i will need to use maybe for a small percentage of a project. This app. Gets the job done. Extremely easy to use as well. Other artwork for my own time. Such creative pieces come out from seeing others work that share. It’s an amazing app. Get ideas for ur artwork or whatever you use it for. But anything picture related. Which if ur using the app. Ur on ur phone. Where every bit is picture related. Contacts. Web. Backgrounds. Even connects to other adobe photo apps that are all free that each have their own little something that can transform ur work. If ur looking for beginning app. Expert. Anything. Job/business related. Art hobby. Just for fun. This is absolutely the best app and most used photo app i have of about 2-300. If there is even something ever so slightly missing from this app. It’s so minute. It can be found on another app that’s I’m sure free. Get the upgraded version of this. Will not be disappointed. Enjoy! (They let you test it for free for a reason. Because you willl see and not went that to run out whatsoever. Nothing to lose. Try it. You will end up owning it)
