Description
Nodusfall draws inspiration from the world’s diverse mythological traditions, breathing life into a self-contained fantasy world in which landscapes, civilizations, and divine order follow a logic entirely their own.
Rendered in a realistic art style, the game depicts a vivid mythic continent teeming with legendary creatures, from ancient ferocious beasts rooted in Eastern mythology classics to Western dragons that loom as harbingers of calamity. As players’ journey progresses, new regions with distinct ecology, culture, and history continue to unfold.
Distilling shared mythological motifs as the building blocks of its narrative, Nodusfall crafts a story that is wholly original at its core. The arrival of the mysterious Dreadnodi spread corruption across the land, twisting legendary creatures and leaving the world in ruin.
Players descend into this broken world as Weavers, beings shaped and enlightened by the divine and entrusted with sacred missions that can alter the fate of the world. They must now confront the corrupted, sever the Dreadnodi at their roots, seize whatever divinity remains, and ultimately restore order to this world.
Answering the call of fate, players will form squads to battle mythical creatures, where every encounter tests both teamwork and tactical flexibility. By selecting different Styles and Skill combinations for their characters, players can craft countless tactical approaches tailored to the flow of battle and the needs of their team.
Work together to keep relentless pressure on opponents until even the most fearsome enemies reveal their weaknesses, then seize the moment to deliver the finishing blow. Defeating these powerful beings yields the resources needed to unlock new Skills and weapons, further enhancing your build and expanding your tactical options.
