To create a good team around Rebecca, you need to understand her mechanics, which revolve around dealing DMG with her Basic Attacks. That means characters like Sanhua or Lucy are excellent characters to pair with Rebecca because of their Outro Skills, which greatly buff her Basic Attack DMG. Here are the best characters you can include in Rebecca's teams in Wuthering Waves.

In this Rebecca team, you need to pair her with Lucy, who is the best character to team up with in WuWa. Both characters rotate well with each other, as they both fill their Concerto Energy quickly enough to keep this rotation working. This also means they create openings for each other to swap and cancel many of their attacks, which further improves their synergy. All that, and I haven't even mentioned the number of buffs they provide each other through their Inherent and Outro Skills.

Since both Rebecca and Lucy are going to dominate the field time with their rotations, you need to add a character who will barely take any field time from them. It should be a character like Mornye, who will also heal the team and barely spend any field time building her Concerto Energy. Additionally, both Lucy and Rebecca work with the Hack mechanics, while Mornye supports the team by increasing the team's off-tune buildup rate.

Rebecca + Sanhua + Verina

If you want to build a full F2P Rebecca team in WuWa, you can pair Sanhua with her. Sanhua is a lightning-fast character who can deal decent DMG. Lightning-fast means she will always trigger her Outro Skill within a few seconds to greatly buff Rebecca's Basic Attack DMG. You can safely keep rotating between the two of them to complement both their kits. Of course, Sanhua will not perform as well as Lucy, but she's good enough for an F2P character in Rebecca's F2P teams.

As for the healer, there are many options, but none come close to Verina, who's an amazing F2P healer with slight buffs for both Rebecca and Sanhua.
