Rebecca is a playable Electro character in Wuthering Waves and part of The Dream Not Dreamed collab with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. As a hybrid Sub-DPS and support, Rebecca excels at dealing Electro DMG through her Basic Attacks while enabling fast team rotations. To get the most out of her kit, it's recommended to equip Skull Thrasher and focus on Echo sets that increase her Electro DMG and Basic Attack DMG. In this guide, I'll go over the best build for Rebecca in Wuthering Waves, including her best weapons and Echo sets.

Details

Skull Thrasher

Skull Thrasher is Rebecca's signature weapon and best-in-slot in Wuthering Waves. When wielding the 5-star pistols, Rebecca gets high Base ATK, ATK%, Crit DMG, and Basic Attack DMG. Giving her ATK% and Crit DMG makes the most of her Basic ATK DMG, where most of her DPS comes from. Additionally, Rebecca gains the ability to increase her team's ATK%, which aligns with her mechanics as a mix of Sub-DPS and support in WuWa.

The benefits of building Rebecca with the Skull Thrasher pistols make it hard to compare with other options. For instance, Rebecca heavily depends on fast rotations and quick swaps between her and teammates, so being able to buff their ATK% is amazing for her kit.

Phasic Homogenizer

Phasic Homogenizer are simple yet effective pistols for Rebecca in Wuthering Waves. When wielding the F2P weapon, Rebecca gets high Basic ATK, Crit DMG, and Electro DMG. All these stats are important for her DPS, as she scales with them to deal DMG. It's a decent F2P choice if you're not planning to get her signature weapon, Skull Thrasher.

Static Mist

You can also build Rebecca with the Static Mist pistols in Wuthering Waves. It operates somewhat like Skull Thrasher, but with fewer benefits. That makes sense, considering Static Mist is also an F2P weapon in WuWa.

Echo Set

Why It's Good

1pc Shadow of Shattered Dreams

Building Rebecca with the Shadow of Shattered Dreams set is important for her kit, as its passive effect grants her an extra 35% Basic Attack DMG, which is excellent for her gameplay. Unfortunately, in doing so, you're taking away the ability to build her with five-piece sets.

2pc Electro DMG +10%

To make the most of the four remaining slots, you can build Rebecca with Echo sets that increase her Electro DMG and ATK%, such as:

  • 2pc Void Thunder
  • 2pc Endless Resonance
  • 2pc Reel of Spliced Memories

2pc ATK +10%

Main Echo

Reminiscence - Nightmare: Adam Smasher

Other than triggering the Shadow of Shattered Dreams set, which increases Rebecca's Basic and Heavy ATK DMG, Reminiscence - Nightmare: Adam Smasher also grants Rebecca an additional 15% Crit Rate. The only requirement is for the Cost 4 Echo to be equipped in the main slot when building Rebecca in Wuthering Waves. Other than that, Rebecca also unlocks a special Echo Skill when using the Reminiscence - Nightmare: Adam Smasher main Echo, which deals high DMG to enemies around her.
