The benefits of building Rebecca with the Skull Thrasher pistols make it hard to compare with other options. For instance, Rebecca heavily depends on fast rotations and quick swaps between her and teammates, so being able to buff their ATK% is amazing for her kit.

Other than triggering the Shadow of Shattered Dreams set, which increases Rebecca's Basic and Heavy ATK DMG, Reminiscence - Nightmare: Adam Smasher also grants Rebecca an additional 15% Crit Rate. The only requirement is for the Cost 4 Echo to be equipped in the main slot when building Rebecca in Wuthering Waves. Other than that, Rebecca also unlocks a special Echo Skill when using the Reminiscence - Nightmare: Adam Smasher main Echo, which deals high DMG to enemies around her.
