Players will come across plenty of bosses as they go through each stage in Vampire Crawlers. However, some bosses can actually be missed. The Drowner is a secret boss that players might encounter when they end their turn without playing any weapon cards, but gamers don't have to actually defeat it to 100 percent Vampire Crawlers - that is not the case of The Trickster, however.
Vampire Crawlers: How to Find and Beat The Drowner (Secret Boss)
The Drowner is a secret boss in Vampire Crawlers whose appearance players might just accidentally trigger - here's how it spawns and how to beat it.
In order to get the Uncrackable gem and achievement, players will have to find and beat The Trickster. Since there are no hints on how to do this in-game, this guide will tell them precisely what to do in order to get The Trickster to spawn in Vampire Crawlers.

Vampire Crawlers: Cracked Cards, Explained
High combos are how players can greatly improve their stats in Vampire Crawlers. As combos get higher, the damage dealt by a weapon card increases and so do item card effects.
With boosts from certain cards, such as the Attractorb and Bracer, gamers can generate card loops in order to create infinite combos. To discourage players from doing this, a card will begin to crack after it's been taken from the Discard Pile and put back in the player's hand. Once a card has been played four times in the same turn, it will break, which permanently removes it from the player's deck, and The Trickster - a purple reaper - will appear.

How to Unlock the Uncrackable Gem in Vampire Crawlers
To get the Uncrackable gem in Vampire Crawlers, players will need to get The Trickster to spawn and then successfully defeat it. Unless players want to farm this enemy, they should immediately end their turn once it appears; if cards continue to break, more purple reapers will appear.
The Trickster deals 30 damage, so players sould have enough armor to prevent massive damage from being inflicted upon them. Although this is a bulky boss fight, players don't have to worry about the eye mechanic (which causes the boss to attack mid-turn), so players can carry on playing their cards and building up their combos to get stronger as long as they avoid breaking them.
With the Uncrackable gem, a card will be less likely to shatter when played after being taken from the Discard Pile.
