I don't agree with you here, how's it possible for Blackbeard to be the 1st to reclaim the title, he's the chasing Luffy fir the title not the other way round and the latest chapter confirmed it too.🤔
As for Shanks and Gaban conversations it was Luffy they were referring to too. So please cut that b.s on Blackbeard, it's not feasible
