incorrect. Nagato was also of Uzumaki lineage and was compatible. Pending a large chakra pool the dojutsu should be compatible as a transplant. Keep in mind Boruto is already able to wield the Jōgan (pure eye) although, granted, he cannot fully control it as far as we've seen yet I don't believe.
