When are Pets, Pools, and Cars Coming to Paralives?

Paralives is finally here, and there's so much to enjoy. However, that's not all that's on offer, as Paralives is in its Early Access period, meaning that there's still more content to come in future updates.

Paralives Content Roadmap (June to September 2026)

For the first four months of Paralives' early access launch, Paralives Studios is planning to focus on cleaning up the game, which includes:

Bug fixes
Quality of life improvements
Adjusting existing features
Performance optimization.

These kinds of changes will help make the game a smoother experience before focusing on adding more interactions, items, and features.

When Will Pools, Pets, and More Come to Paralives?

Since Paralives is being praised as the next great successor to The Sims, many people are calling for features they're used to, like pets and pools, as well as a few new things they haven't seen yet, such as functional vehicles.

These features are on the list to come to Paralives, but are not available on release. There aren't specific dates for any of their updates to come for now. The list of things they have listed in their official roadmap to work on includes:

New characters can move into town
Storyteller changes
More together cards
Shop improvements
Activities around town
Chat with Paras on the phone or online
Store leftovers in the fridge
Calendar showing Paras' schedules
Sexual orientation
Social events
Story progression
Cars and bikes
Family tree
Weather and seasons
Pets
Objects with effects on characters
Interaction and path conflicts between characters
Balance gameplay difficulty and progression
More considered live mode features
Gardening
Secrets and more

These updates are all listed to be released during early access between 2026 and 2028. They appear to focus on expanding the story in the game with the Storytellers, events, and activities, and adding more interaction opportunities in general.

The official development page has a few more specific updates that aren't listed on the official roadmap. These are marked with specific modes, and you can find the progress here:

Other Upcoming Paralives Updates (Supernaturals Update, Explained)

Paralives Studio is also considering the Supernaturals update, which, while listed on their official roadmap, is labeled as "unsure". This basically means that while Paralives Studio would like to get to it, it's a concept that they're not sure will be released, and there's no timeframe for it.
