One Piece: The Haki Of Every Top Tier Swordsman In The Final Saga, Ranked

Fujitora's Haki is impressive. He can tap into two powers at the same time. While his Observation Haki is very refined, his Armament Haki is nothing to scoff at either. Among the top-tier swordsmen, however, Fujitora likely has the weakest Haki of all.

7 Garling Figarland

Garling Figarland is one of the Five Elders and quite easily one of the most overpowered characters in the Final Saga of One Piece. He is famed as a Champion of God Valley, having been the one who killed Rocks. Since the God Valley Incident, he has grown tremendously in terms of strength, and it doesn't come as a surprise that he wields all types of Haki.

The true extent of his Haki remains to be seen, but Eiichiro Oda himself stated that Garling is very powerful, given that he shares a connection with Imu. His Haki has to be at the same level as the other Elders at the very least, making him one of the strongest users of this power among the swordsmen of the One Piece world.

6 Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro

• Position: Five Elders
• Haki Types: Observation, Armament, Conqueror's

Nusjuro is one of the members of the Five Elders and certainly an elite swordsman in the One Piece world. He wields the legendary Supreme Great Sword, Shodai Kitetsu, which is also considered to be cursed. Nusjuro is a very skilled user of Haki, as was clear from his brief stint in Egghead.

His Observation Haki is very refined, but he can also channel extremely high levels of Conqueror's Haki, as well as Armament Haki. The full potential of his Haki remains unknown, but what little he has shown has already done more than enough to solidify his position as one of the strongest Haki users among the swordsmen of the One Piece world that are still alive.

5 Shamrock Figarland

Shamrock Figarland is incredibly skilled as a fighter, and his full abilities are still unknown at the moment, but at the very least, it is stated that he is a rival to Shanks in terms of skill and ability. Shamrock most certainly has access to all three types of Haki, just like his brother.

He also shares a pact with Imu that grants him immortality, regeneration, as well as superhuman strength. All these things taken into consideration make Shamrock one of the most powerful individuals in the world of One Piece when it comes to wielding Haki. It is only a matter of time before the true extent of his abilities will finally be revealed.

4 Dracule Mihawk

Without powerful Haki, Mihawk would never have become the strongest swordsman or stood in battle against the likes of Red-haired Shanks long ago. In the final saga, Oda will have plenty of opportunities to highlight Dracule Mihawk's full abilities, and fans cannot wait to see what he is capable of doing in battle.

3 Silvers Rayleigh

Silvers Rayleigh is a former member of the Roger Pirates and an incredibly powerful user of Haki. Rayleigh possesses Haki of all three types and is a master in all these arts. His Conqueror's Haki has been advanced to a very high level, so much so that his skill is comparable to that of a Yonko. In his prime, he could even have defeated the likes of Blackbeard. That certainly goes to show what level he was on when he was at the top of his game.

Undoubtedly, among the strongest swordsmen of the One Piece world, Rayleigh has one of the most powerful Haki, and the fact that he could even teach it to Luffy means that his mastery over it is incredibly refined.

2 Shanks

Shanks is one of the most powerful blade wielders in the world of One Piece, and while Dracule Mihawk surpasses him in sword skills, Shanks's Haki is better overall. Shanks has the most refined Haki in the world of One Piece that nobody else has shown, not even the Pirate King.

Shanks's Haki is strong enough to make even an Admiral tremble, and more than that, it is said that the overall potential of his Haki rivals that of Joy Boy himself. Undoubtedly, Shanks is one of the most powerful blade-wielding Haki users in the final saga, who can only be bested by a handful.

1 Nerona Imu

• Position: King of the World
• Haki Types: Observation, Armament, Conqueror's

The King of the World, Nerona Imu, is one of the most powerful Devil Fruit users in the world of One Piece, and with his powers, he can even produce a sword called the Blade of Judgment: Nemesis. This blade is made of black flames and is incredibly powerful. Imu wields it with great proficiency.

Imu does not have the best sword skills in the world of One Piece, given that he isn't refined in the arts of swordplay. But when it comes to applying Haki to the blade, there is no one who will do it better than Imu, because he has the best Haki in the entire series at the moment. Imu's Haki rivals that of Joy Boy and possesses overwhelming force, likely greater than that of Shanks. It is only a matter of time before Oda unleashes his full powers and shows what his Haki is truly capable of doing in battle when he is fully serious.
