One Piece: 8 Characters With Special Powers At Birth

The world of One Piece is filled with powerful characters of all kinds. Some go on to eat Devil Fruit abilities, while others go on to awaken Haki and master it as they go. However, a select few individuals are born with tremendous powers.

Although rare, a handful of One Piece characters have had immense strength bestowed upon them, for one reason or another, upon birth, making them far more special than others. With this immense strength, they stand out in the world and have carved their own space among the elites.

8 Kaido

Kaido is a powerful individual who hails from the Vodka Kingdom of the One Piece world. As a child, he was a mercenary who fought for the Vodka Kingdom and earned money as well as resources for his people. Kaido's lust for battle was extraordinary, and for this reason, he was used as a pawn by the King of the country. He possessed tremendous physical capabilities, likely rivaling those of Yonko Big Mom, and with his powers, he continued to win one battle after another for his country.

Eventually, Kaido was sold to the Navy, but his strength was such that he managed to sink one ship after another and escape. Kaido has been captured multiple times by the Marines, and it got to a point where, when he was hungry, he would get caught on purpose so he could fill his belly and then escape. Kaido later went on to increase his strength even further after eating the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu.

7 Loki

Loki was born in the land of Elbaf 64 years ago, and to this day, his birth is an anomaly. He was born as the son of Harald and Estrid, but was immediately considered to be cursed due to his eyes being akin to those of a serpent.

Loki was thrown from the Sun World into the Underworld as a baby moments after being born, and this fall was thousands of meters in height. Despite that, Loki only suffered a few scratches and ended up climbing the Adam Tree to head back to the Sun World. Loki's durability, strength, and just about every other physical attribute was already incredible when he was a baby, and as he grew up, his strength continued to evolve as well. It goes without saying that Loki is one of the most gifted individuals in the One Piece world.

6 Big Mom

Kids being anomalies has happened more than once in the world of One Piece, and just like Loki, Big Mom is another individual who fits in the same category. While not as special as the Accursed Prince, Big Mom was known to be exceptionally large for a human when she was born. It got to a point where her parents left her at Elbaf at the age of 5 in hopes that Mother Carmel, who was famed all over, would somehow help her.

At just the age of 5, Big Mom had immense strength, so much so that she could kill a bear without even trying to hurt it. Big Mom could break swords and even kill powerful Giants such as Jorul, who, despite being old, was one of the strongest individuals in the entire world. Due to Big Mom's immense strength, she has often been compared to an iron balloon, and this power was given to her at birth. Over the years, she continued to evolve her strength, especially after eating a Devil Fruit, and went on to become a Yonko of the Sea.

5 Jewelry Bonney

Jewelry Bonney is the child of Ginny and an unnamed Celestial Dragon from the Holy Land of Marijoa. Ginny was kidnapped by the celestial dragons and forced to have a child in the Holy Land, and later, she was experimented upon. While Ginny was pregnant, a strain of the lineage factor from a Devil Fruit was injected directly into Jewelry Bonney. Upon birth, Bonney already had the powers of the Toshi Toshi no Mi, making her a unique individual who held Devil Fruit abilities right from birth. She has gone on to master her Devil Fruit powers brilliantly over the years and will continue to grow stronger in the Final Saga.

4 Aisa

Aisa is a Shandian from the land of Skypiea and one of the most important characters in the Skypiea arc of One Piece. She possesses the power of Mantra, and her control over it is at such a level that her range spans the entirety of the island. She can clearly hear the voices of various individuals around her. Mantra is simply Observation Haki, which most people go on to awaken at some point in their lives; however, in the case of Aisa, she was born with the power to utilize this Haki and do it immensely well.

As the story continues, Aisa will likely develop her Observation Haki even further and become one of the best users of this ability in history.

3 Vinsmoke Siblings

Experimentation on children isn't out of the ordinary in the world of One Piece, and the Vinsmoke siblings are yet another example of that. Vinsmoke Judge, the leader of the Germa Kingdom, experimented on his and Sora's children while they were in her womb. In order to make them war machines, he gave them various powers that he tapped into using Lineage Factor Manipulation.

Judge gave his children the power of an exoskeleton and stripped all emotions from them. These powers ended up making the children incredibly strong. When Sora took medication to counter these ill effects, she could only save the emotions of Sanji, and the others continue to grow as emotionless monsters who only live for chaos and war.

2 Seraphim

The Seraphim are incredibly powerful characters who were born only recently in the One Piece world. They are the ultimate creation of Dr. Vegapunk and are essentially the child versions of every major Shichibukai that existed in the world of One Piece until recently. The Seraphim are created using their Lineage Factor and, in other words, are their perfect clones.

Upon birth, they are given various Devil Fruit abilities using Green Blood, and more than that, they have also been injected with the Lunarian Lineage Factor, making their overall strength incredibly immense. It is said that the Seraphim are the strongest form of humanity, and they will continue to grow as the story continues.

1 Shirahoshi

Shirahoshi is the mermaid princess from Ryugu Kingdom in Fishman Island and one of the most important characters in the Final Saga of One Piece. She possesses immense powers, given that she is the reincarnation of Poseidon, an Ancient Weapon.

She was born with this power at birth, but it only truly awakened upon the death of her mother. Shirahoshi learned to control this power recently in the Fishman Island arc, and this makes her one of the most powerful individuals in the entire world.
