The best way to spend City Stamina in Neverness to Everness is to do either the Owner's Selection or Fishing activities. The former is arguably the superior option for players who want to burn their City Stamina as quickly as possible, but to do so, you need a very specific lineup of characters. Fishing, on the other hand, is one of NTE's more relaxed activities, and while it's nowhere near as fast at using City Stamina as Owner's Selection, you don't need to have any specific characters to make it worth your while.

First, let's talk about the Owner's Selection method, which is probably the fastest way to spend City Stamina in NTE so far. This mode will have you serve customers in any of the café outlets you've purchased in Hethereau. Usually, this is a stressful activity that demands a lot of focus and precision, but with the right setup, you can finish three Owner's Selection runs in a little over a minute. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to any of your café outlets and start Owner's Selection
  2. Pick Mint, Nanally, and Baicang as your assistants (all with Level 3 Life Skills)
  3. Start Stage 1-1
  4. Serve two dishes to customers
  5. Hit the final customer with the hammer (found on the left side of your screen)
  6. Quit out of the activity by pressing the button on the upper-left of the screen

If done properly, you'll complete the activity in less than 20 seconds and use up 12 City Stamina every time. This roughly translates to 36 City Stamina used per minute, and you should be able to use up all of your City Stamina in NTE in about 14 minutes, give or take a few extra minutes to account for delays between customer spawns and menu transitions (as well as the default 500 City Stamina cap).

There's just one problem, though: you won't be able to get a full, three-star clear using this method without Nanally or Baicang. Nanally lets you earn Fons even if you hit customers with the hammer, and Baicang prevents you from losing your combo after bonking someone away. Without them, you'd have to complete the entire run to get a three-star clear, which takes about seven times longer.

You can use Owner's Selection to use City Stamina Fast in NTE with just Nanally and Mint, but you'll only get two-star clears that cost 8 City Stamina to claim. It's still pretty fast, so you might want to do it regardless of whether or not you have Baicang.

The Fishing Method

If you want something that requires a bit less input, go to the rotating daily fishing spot and start reeling in fish for a few minutes. You can find the daily fishing spot by opening the City Tycoon screen and selecting the Sea Angler activity from Hethereau Hobbies.

Fishing in NTE is very simple, and it doesn't need as many button inputs as Owner's Selection. You can easily reel a fish in without much effort, so sit back, play a podcast in the background, and just let time flow. Make sure to stock up on Fishing Bait to avoid any interruptions, and don't forget to sell your fish to earn Fons and use City Stamina.

You'll consume 1 City Stamina in NTE per 1000 Fons earned regardless of what activity you choose. The rarer and more expensive the fish you catch, the more City Stamina you'll burn. To get a better chance at catching rare fish, upgrade your Fishing Rod and buy Fishing Bait that works on the rare fish that live in whatever fishing spot you're in.
