The trailer points to a more mature, focused, and visually confident DC show, placing new viewers and existing fans into a realistic and less CGI-driven world. Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre's casting also promises an adaptation that takes Green Lantern seriously.

While a shot of Hal flying into the air has raised some concerns about the visuals, Lanterns can finally break this 15-year-old curse with a modern, fresh take on such beloved characters.
