Sunni Island Fishing Spot Strange Tales In NTE
To complete the Sunni Island fishing spot Strange Tales in NTE, follow these steps:
- Head to the Sunni Island fishing spot on the northwestern side of Sunward Island.
- Change the time in NTE to morning time. For example, 10 AM and 12 PM work fine.
- Speak to the two people talking near the fishing spot.
- Begin fishing until you get an anomaly fish like the Green Scales Banner fish.
There are two fishing spots in Sunni Island. One is inside the Sunward Resort, and the other is by the shore of the island.
You need to go to the one by the shore, on the northwestern side.
At night, the two NPCs you need to talk to won't appear, so ensure you're visiting during the daytime.
When you speak to them, they will talk about how one of them caught a flying fish. Not a "jumping" flying fish or "flying" from being pulled with the fishing rod, but actually flying like they're going to soar into the sky. Curious about the occurrence, the protagonist thought about proving it themselves.
Now, go to the fishing spot nearby and begin fishing. It took me a few tries before I got the required fish, and I also caught it at night, if you're struggling and need a little change of pace. You don't need any special rod or bait, as I used the basic rod and universal bait. The fish is also not hard to catch, so you'll be fine even if you don't level up your fishing skills beforehand.
After you catch the banner fish, which you may be familiar with as it's a common anomaly enemy in NTE, close the fishing window. You can then see the anomaly creature flying into the sky, just as the fisher indicated.
Doing so will complete the Sunni Island fishing spot Strange Tales in NTE, and you will earn 24 Footprint Points for Sunni Island.
