Talk to Wanda

Talk to Wanda at the start of the job to get a Press Pass.

Show Your ID to the Cop

Enter the building and interact with the MPD Lieutenant to show your ID and open the nearby door.

Investigate Bandel's Greenroom

Newspaper

After showing your ID to the MPD Lieutenant, pass through the door on your left and immediately look right to find a locker containing the Newspaper. Follow the main path through the vent and into the theater. Climb into the tank to collect Bandel's Greenroom Key.

Comic Book

Comic Book #3 is on a chair to the right of the MPD Rookie in the theater. Grab it and head to the locked door by the officer putting up caution tape. Use Bandel's Greenroom Key to unlock it.

Find and Collect Any Clues

Open the drawer of the vanity inside Bandel's Greenroom and collect the clue.

Optional Clue

Photograph the Grand Magus poster on the wall before leaving the greenroom.

Leave the Theater

Follow the main path to reach a room with an armor tutorial sign.

Baseball Card

Climb the stairs after the room with the tutorial sign. The Charlie Pepper Baseball Card is on a small table at the top. Grab it and exit the theater.

Reach the Assistant's Apartment

Follow the main path to reach an apartment with a typewriter just past the entrance.

Baseball Card

Climb the stairs after the typewriter, break the window, cross the fire escape, and enter the apartment. The Joel Blunt Baseball Card is on a stool near the front door.

Schematic

Now pass through the apartment, grab a barrel from outside, and use it to destroy the cracked wall near the locked door inside. Retrieve the key next to the toilet, then unlock the door to find the Schematic on a table.

Schematics can eventually be used to upgrade weapons at Tammy's Bearings.

Comic Book

Now leave the apartment building, defeat the enemies, and go right. Comic Book #4 is sitting on a bench.

Go Through the Subway

Enter the subway and make your way to the first typewriter. Look at the table across from the typewriter to find a Schematic. Head into the next room, use the barrel to break the "totally normal wall," and flip the switch to continue along the main path.

In the section where the subway car pulls up on your left, enter the bathroom near the front of the subway car to find a Schematic on a table behind the custodian.

Now pass through the subway car to reach the gap between it and a brick wall. Tailpick the safe located in the corridor to obtain the Schematic. Exit the subway.

Find Betty Deux-Fiddle

Follow the main path to reach Betty Deux-Fiddle's apartment in Vaudeville and talk to the NPC that you find there.

Mouseburg Herald No. 32138 is on the counter in Betty Deux-Fiddle's kitchen.

Get To Your Car

Exit the apartment building after talking to Betty Deux-Fiddle and interact with your car to travel to the P.I. Office area.

Talk to Wanda & Pin Your Vaudeville Clues

Figurine

Enter the Little & Big bar in the P.I. Office area and make your way to kitchen. Tailpick the locked door, head down the stairs, and grab the Figurine from the back corner. Leave the kitchen and talk to Wanda on your way out of the Little & Big bar.

Baseball Cards

The Soup to Nuts shop across from the Little & Big has eight Baseball Cards for sale. Plan to purchase these as you earn coins.

Baseball Card

Now enter Pepper's office and grab a Baseball Card from the open dresser drawer in his bedroom. Then pin your Vaudeville clues to the Crime Wall next to his desk to complete the Vanishing Act mission. Make sure to talk to Tammy to start the Show Some Culture Jack side job before you leave for your next mission and check the Gumshoe in the Opera walkthrough to avoid missing any of the collectibles there.
