Head to the Docks and Enter the Harbor Area
Schematic
At the very beginning of the level, jump on the crates forward and to the left. Then jump toward the Warp-Pipe and use it to get dropped on top of a pipe attached to the wall. Pass through the window and look right to find a Schematic on a table.
Baseball Card
Head back through the window and return to the ground where you started. Descend the stairs, enter the factory room, and defeat all the enemies to make a trampoline appear in the northwest corner. Before hopping on the trampoline, use the vent next to it to reach a Baseball Card.
Now use the trampoline to get up to the scaffolding. Jump across the gap, pass through the hallway with the typewriter, and advance to get outside. Move through the corridor to reach a small flight of stairs that leads to the docks.
Find a Way to Dive Underwater in Fart Harbor
You must collect the Heavy Steel Boots, Rubber Suit, and Eddy’s Diving Helmet before you can go underwater.
Can of Sea Slugs
At the bottom of the stairs, go forward and to your left to find the Can of Sea Slugs in a shipping container. See our Slugs in the Shell walkthrough to learn more about this item.
Newspaper
Look at the small boat in the water. There are cracks in the wall across from the boat, and you can use d-namite to destroy it. Pass through the Warp-Pipe that is revealed to find a Newspaper on a crate.
Schematic
Use the Warp-Pipe to return to the docks and climb the ladder on the south side to reach a switch. Flip it, turn around, and jump down to the top of the train on your left. Jump up to the next platform and flip the switch to move a crane.
Use Grapple Tail to swing from the crane to a roof. Jump and use Tail-a-Choppa to get around a large tank and onto a chain link platform. Walk up the inclined roof on your left, crouch and jump through the vent in the wall, and follow it to find a room with a Schematic.
Figurine
Backtrack through the vent, drop to the ground, and climb back up the ladder you used to reach the first switch. Jump over the railing to get onto the roof and walk all the way to the end, jumping over the partial fence that tries to stop you. At the end, drop onto the wooden slats below to find a secret room. A Figurine will appear here after the Veloper stops talking.
Use the Warp-Pipe in the Figurine room to go back to the docks. Pass through the large opening next to the ladder and follow the train tracks to the Hungry Pelican. Go inside and talk to Tammy.
How to Get Heavy Steel Boots
Schematic
Flip the switch next to the typewriter in the Hungry Pelican and interact with the Warp-Pipe that opens to return to the docks. Hop into the train car to your right and talk with Eddy to get the Heavy Spiked Boots. There is a Schematic on top of a crate in the train car.
How to Get a Rubber Suit
Go to the Hungry Pelican once again, but do not enter. Instead, go forward and to the left to reach a small staircase. Jump across the gap at the bottom and enter the door to your right. Climb through the industrial area and look to the right when you enter the final room to find a Rubber Suit against the wall.
Get Eddy's Diving Helmet
Baseball Card
After defeating the enemies that appear, go through the opening in the northeast corner of the room and head left. Jump across the gap and look in the shipping container to find a Baseball Card.
Cross back over the gap and descend the ladder on your left. Follow the main path to go back to the docks and approach the bottom of the stairs that you first used to enter the area. Here you will find a Warp-Pipe, and the Diving Helmet is in the room you reach by going through it.
Return to Tammy & Dive Underwater
Use the Warp-Pipe to get back to the docks and head to the Hungry Pelican one final time. Talk to Tammy and step into the cage to dive.
Find Ze Submarine
Schematic
Now that you are underwater, follow the main path through the angler fish area until you are forced to pass through a shipping container. When you emerge, look right and climb the ladder that is ahead. Follow the optional path at the top to reach a safe that holds a Schematic.
Poke Around the Basin
Continue advancing along the optional path to reach an alcove with Sleeps with the Fishes. Talk to him. See our Friends in Deep Places walkthrough to learn more about this interaction.
Get back on the main path and approach the submarine. Use the Warp-Pipe to enter it and to confront the Ze Professor.
How to Defeat Ze Professor
Follow these steps to defeat Ze Professor:
- Shoot the orb turrets on the wall until they blow up. This will cause the force fields around the pipes in the room to disperse.
- Destroy all the pipes in the room.
- Repeat this process in the subsequent rooms.
- When Ze Professor emerges, simply shoot him until his health hits zero.
Grab Ze Professor's Note & Escape Ze Submarine
Schematic
Pick up the clue that Ze Professor drops, flip the switch in the control room, and enter the Diving Suit to leave the sub. Before interacting with Jack's car, look on the ground by the angler fish to find a Schematic.
Drive Back to the Office, Wrap Up the Case with Wanda and Curry, & Pin Your Remaining Missing Magician Clues
Back at the P.I. Office, talk to Wanda and Stilton in the Little & Big. Also, speak with Cameron and John to complete the Friends in Deep Places and Slugs in the Shell side jobs. Then head into Jack's office and pin your clues to the Crime Wall to complete Glugging from the Deep.
