There are five additional safe codes in the Man of Honor expansion for Mafia: The Old Country. The first can be found near the beginning of the DLC story, while the other three are found in Salieri's Free Ride missions.
In all likelihood, you're here in search of the Making a Killing safe combination, as that's by far the hardest one to find, so I'll start there before covering the other three Man of Honor safe codes in Mafia: The Old Country.
Making a Killing Safe Combination
You can find the Making a Killing safe combination by reading the note on the table outside the derelict building in which the safe is located. For me, the Making a Killing safe code was 09-23-48, although it may be different for you, so it's best to check the note for yourself.
Opening the safe will lead you to a graveyard with yet another safe, for which the combination for the graveyard safe is the same as the previous one. There's another note with the combination written on it on a wooden table to the right of the stairs leading up to the safe, in case you missed the note at the previous location.
Smuggler's Cache Safe Combination
Finding the Smuggler's Cache safe code is pretty easy. While facing the safe, head to your left and follow the cavern around until you reach the area directly behind the safe. There, on a shelf to your left, you'll find a note with the safe combination. For me, the code was 69-73-20 the first time I played through the mission, but it changed to 21-94-57 on my second attempt, so I suspect this code may be random. With that in mind, you'll probably need to check the note yourself to get the correct combination.
Stolen Art Safe Combination
The Stolen Art safe code can be found by reading a note on a wooden crate not far from the safe. For me, the code was 10-87-34, but as with the two previous Man of Honor safe combinations, your mileage may vary here. If 10-87-34 doesn't work for you, read the note on the crate to get a working safe code.
Andrea's Safe Combination
Players will need to open Andrea's safe as part of the story expansion. To find the combination, look for a note to your right just before the door leading out of the cellar. For me, the code to Andrea's safe was 19-10-08. Unlike the Free Ride safe combinations, this one appears to be fixed, so you should be able to open the safe without reading the note.
