The Batman Arkham style of gameplay and open world structure have been heavily incorporated into LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, giving players a much larger Gotham City to explore compared to previous LEGO titles.

The game features a connected open world map similar to the Arkham games, with main story missions acting like dungeon-style levels filled with enemies, puzzles, collectibles, and even co-op gameplay sections. Because of this, many players might miss collectibles early on and assume there is no way to revisit missions. Worry not, as LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight does include a replay feature, and the guide below explains exactly how to unlock and use it.

The straightforward answer to whether you can replay missions is yes, but the feature is tied to the main story progression. After playing through the prologue and starting the first chapter as Batman, players will gain access to the Tricorner region of Gotham. There are several missions available throughout this chapter, alongside collectibles like WayneTech Caches scattered across the open world.

The mission replay feature becomes available at the start of the second chapter. You can either rush through the first chapter by focusing mainly on story missions or take your time gathering collectibles and stopping crimes around Gotham for the full Batman experience.

Upon reaching the second chapter, players will unlock access to the Batcave and several new features. These include a Garage where you can purchase and equip vehicles alongside a wardrobe area containing all unlocked suits.

While inside the Batcave, head over to Batman’s computer and interact with it. Here you will find the option to replay previously completed missions. The menu also displays collectible counters for each mission, making it much easier to track down anything you missed during your first playthrough.
