This is easier than you think. Use Batarangs to stun enemies, then spam Square/X to punch them to build your combo, and repeat with multiple enemies. |

Sneak behind enemies and press R1/RB to take them down silently, and repeat this 100 times. You should naturally unlock this during story missions (and replays). |

Perform 100 successful Counters |
Press Triangle/Y when prompted in combat to counter an enemy. You'll get this naturally by playing. |
