I was a little underwhelmed by The Suicide Squad‘s version of King Shark, but that’s only because I love the computer geek version from Harley Quinn so much. Giving a giant shark the voice of Ron Funches is perfect.

one of the guys at Second Wind said it best: the best remakes play like how you remember playing the original. Simply put, sometimes we go back to the original games and notice a lot of jank and other flaws we didn’t as kids. A good remake will capture the feel and the spirit of the game while including much-needed quality of life improvements.

The show’s biggest flaw was that it felt like a 2-hour movie stretched out into something much longer. Pretty much the same as the Obi-Wan miniseries.
