I think it is weird that this article is putting so much focus on the polyamory when the whole episode centered on a teen and his relationship to his father, his brother, and his people. Just feels unnecessary in a way to generate rage bait clicks.
This episode's resolution was the most Star Trek thing I have seen since Trek came back on TV. I loved it.
