Building something with Qualcomm tech? Were sponsoring AgentsNexus as a Gold Sponsor, and I want to get more developers from the Qualcomm community involved. If you’re building something using Qualcomm AI Hub, QAIRT, QNN, Edge AI, IoT, Arduino, robotics, sensors, embedded devices, etc., write a small post about it. Just share: What you’re building What Qualcomm tech you’re using A little bit about how you’re using it Tag Qualcomm Developer and me(Kartikey Rawat) with a hashtag #BuildwithQualcomm That’s it. We’ll get you a ticket to AgentsNexus from our end. 🎟️ Doesn’t have to be a big project or a perfectly polished demo. If you’ve been experimenting with something, I’d genuinely like to see it. See you in Bengaluru on September 4–5.

  • Want to deliver real-time, on-device translation in your #XR apps? Join our next Build-along where we’ll work with AuraTranslator to deliver Portuguese-to-English captions. Qualcomm’s Derrick Johnson and Relay Spatial’s Ali Daniali will demonstrate how AuraTranslator leverages Whisper Large V3 Turbo on the Hexagon NPU using QNN + ONNX Runtime. You’ll learn the key engineering tradeoffs for low-latency, always-on AI—covering model deployment, NPU integration, thermal management, hallucination safeguards, and world-anchored XR captions. Tune in September 2 at 9 AM PT, and bring your questions! https://bit.ly/4y2aour

  • This livestream explores how the Qualcomm Intelligent Multimedia SDK (QIM SDK) simplifies that workflow through a unified development model that brings together AI, GenAI, vision, multimedia, camera, video, and display capabilities. Using familiar tools like GStreamer, C++, and Python, developers can access Qualcomm AI accelerators, GPUs, and DSPs without having to manage the underlying hardware complexity. We'll build a complete AI and multimedia application using QIM SDK's latest APIs, showing how to move from development to deployment faster across robotics, smart cameras, industrial automation, and IoT solutions.

  • Not to brag, but our DevRel team throws some of the best robot tournaments around. 🤖⚽️ Let's just say you won't want to miss the next one.

Turns out, watching robots play soccer is exactly as fun as it sounds. And that's a wrap on the Robot Soccer Cup hosted by AI LA and Qualcomm Developer! 🏆 From the first builds to the final matches, the energy was clearly infectious. Robots were beefing, goals were scored, things occasionally went slightly off script (as all good demos do 😌), and somewhere along the way, a whole lot of learning happened too. This is my favorite kind of developer experience, where ambitious technology stops being something you just hear or read about and becomes something you can build, break, cheer for, and watch chase a soccer ball across the field. We are bringing more robots to more builders across more cities. Keep your eyes peeled for more from the Qualcomm Developer Relations team! Until the next kickoff! ⚽️ Lauren Lunde Emre Gumus Derrick J. • Build it on Arduino. Scale it with SECO. Great to see SECO introducing SOM‑SMARC‑Dragonwing‑IQ8, giving developers a path to take applications built on Arduino VENTUNO Q and carry that work into industrial edge AI deployments. One less reason to leave a good prototype behind. 👇

  • The age of physical #AI is here—and it runs on the new Arduino VENTUNO Q! Powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ8, this dual-brain architecture pairs 40 TOPS of NPU power with an STM32H5 real-time microcontroller, meaning the exact same board running your local LLM or VLM can trigger physical responses and motor control in real time, entirely offline. The board comes equipped with: 🔵 16GB LPDDR5 RAM 🔵 64GB eMMC storage 🔵 Wi-Fi 6 🔵 2.5 Gb Ethernet 🔵 ROS 2 compatibility 🔵 A free Ubuntu Pro license Pre-order now: https://bit.ly/4wMuRSY
