I guess I only have questions. People can't afford food, medical bills, house mortgages, car payments, insurance in all areas...and you want more pay. I wanted more pay and I have a double Masters degree in economics and international strategic business. But I didn't. Look I understand your point of view, but what about the others who struggle day in and day out? We can't even fix those problems at all. By asking for higher pay increases the cost of living again. Just because you have a graduate degree in one field or another "doesn't qualify you in getting higher pay". Earn that higher level of pay by starting at some start point depending on which sector you're in and build your credibility from there. Yes, I am sure l am pissing some people off by saying this. But its the hard ugly truth. Our so-called governments failed us, our corporations are a f---ing joke in hiring when those employees: current, never went through this BS scrutiny of today. So where is the line of balance and equality here? Just because you have that MA, or PHd automatically says you get high pay? I disagree. There has to be a balance line created where more people can get into company's easier and not a Chess game of pride and ego.
