We are honored to be on Forbes' Accessibility200 list, a list recognizing the world’s most impactful and innovative companies and individuals that are changing the world for people with disabilities. Ubisoft’s approach to accessibility is about making the end-to-end player journey accessible for as many people as possible – from our games, to our websites, to our events and marketing campaigns. It’s part of our company’s DNA, and we’ll continue to drive innovation in accessibility in the gaming industry. Learn more here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eQfqFvxq
Huge congratulations to the entire Ubisoft team on this well-deserved recognition! As a blind content creator and game designer, it is truly inspiring to see a AAA studio weaving accessibility into its core DNA. I strongly believe that the next evolution in inclusive gaming is Sensory Parity - a standard where blind, deaf, and sighted players don't just play the same game, but compete on absolute equal terms. This is the foundation of my AAA cross-platform project, Dragon’s Path: Kapofongia Universe. By replacing traditional visuals with 3D binaural soundscapes, complex haptic vibration codes, and hyper-dynamic weather API environments in UE5, we turn the lack of physical sight into a tactical advantage in a high-stakes dark fantasy world. I would be honored to share my Master Game Design Document and Pitch Deck with your accessibility and innovation teams, perhaps @David Tisserand or the Ubisoft Entrepreneurs Lab. Let's connect and push the boundaries of inclusive gaming together!v
Well deserved 👏👏👏🗡️🦅
