Rebekah Wilks’ Post

One of my favorite days of the year is celebrating the graduates of Total Quality Logistics' Technology Software Development Apprenticeship Program. Today, we recognized our fourth cohort of apprentices, and it's a great reminder of how committed TQL is to investing in talent and creating new paths into Technology. The idea behind the program is simple: some of the best future technologists are already here. They understand our business, our customers, and our culture. We help them build technology skills on top of that foundation because, in an AI-driven world, that combination is more valuable than ever. That's what makes this group so impressive. They took a chance on themselves, embraced the challenge of learning something new, and expanded their capabilities in ways that will benefit them and TQL for years to come. Congratulations to this year's graduates, and thank you to the leaders, mentors, and teammates who made this journey possible. And special thanks to our partners, MAX Technical Training, JobsOhio, and Apprenti for helping us build opportunities like this and change lives. 🎉 Excited to see what's next for this group. #TQLTechnology

it's crucial to ensure these apprentices get the right support post-program. how are you measuring their integration into teams and their impact on projects after graduating

This is a great program that forges the hidden talents these apprentices already possess in their drive (very necessary at TQL) to bring value on day one when starting on their new teams. I've been lucky enough to have now 4 apprentices on my teams.

Absolutely one of my favorite days. These nine graduates came from a group of over 100 great internal applicants. Rebekah Wilks and her team have built an incredible program that focuses on providing our TQL’ers a direct path into our technology team. This is our fourth cohort, and the program just gets stronger. Big thanks to MAX Technical Training, Apprenti, and @JobsOhio for helping to make this program successful.

Love this 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Proud to be part of this group! Grateful for the opportunity, the people, and everything we learned along the way. Excited for what’s next! Thank you!
