We've had a busy year at NewView!
In 2025, tender offers shifted from a niche financial tool to a core part of how private companies operate. At NewView, we led or participated in 7 tender offers this year. These transactions provided liquidity to more than 1,000 employees, minting 44 new millionaires in the process (pre-tax). The real impact goes beyond these numbers.
