𝗬𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆. And while this should be the norm every day, that's exactly why we keep raising it, because unfortunately, it still needs to be said. AdTech still has far too few women, but the women shaping this industry today are helping define its future. We celebrate the talent, leadership, and perspectives that women bring to our field. Progress happens when more voices are heard, more barriers are removed, and more opportunities are created. At Opt Out Advertising, we're proud of the incredible women in our team who help move our mission for privacy-friendly advertising forward every day. #IWD2026 #InternationalWomensDay #WomenInAdTech #GenderEquality

Under this leadership Accsys has transformed and our H1 FY26 results are a marker for the momentum we've built and the direction in which we're heading, reflecting the power of collaboration and diversity in strengthening performance. We're excited about where this momentum will take us next. Programs like Women at Axon are incredibly inspiring—creating space for women to lead, collaborate, and support one another while driving meaningful impact.
Happy Womens History Month! I’m excited to share that I’ve been selected to serve as a board member for Women at Axon, where I’ll have the opportunity to serve as the Remote Engagement Team Lead! Supporting and uplifting other women has always been something that matters deeply to me. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to learn from strong women who encouraged me, challenged me, and helped me grow! Lynne Houserman Lisa Kehoe Tiffany Miller and SO many more have played such a key role in my career. And I’m passionate about paying that forward! Programs like Women at Axon create space for connection, mentorship, and support, and I’m grateful to be part of something that helps women feel empowered to lead, grow, and thrive. And I’m especially excited to focus on engaging and connecting our remote team members so that everyone feels included, supported, and part of this incredible community. I’m proud to work for a company that truly invests in its people and creates opportunities like this to elevate and support women across the organization. I can’t wait to collaborate with such an inspiring group and help continue building something meaningful together. Let’s #boldlygo 💛 Prepared
