“Kindness is also about respect and the fact that everyone is different.”
At Take-Two, 98% of our people said they felt welcome from day one in our 2026 Great Place to Work certification.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s built through a culture of kindness where collaboration is open, and supporting one another is part of how work gets done.
Hear what that looks like in practice in our latest Voice of Take-Two series below.
Kindness is visible in all parts of the organization and all levels. Kindness underpins everything. We need to be kind with the teams that we work with by listening, paying attention, understanding what teams need in order to be able to deliver for them. Taking extra time to explain something, or respectfully giving a direct feedback. Kindness is also about respect and the fact that everyone is different. People check in if they see that you're not 100% you at that moment. People really do care about not only our work life, but also our personal life. People around you understand you, and they will always be there to give you a hand when you need. It looks like taking care of our people. I truthfully feel the most myself at this organization that I've ever felt at any company I've worked for before, and I think that's because everybody here embodies kindness.
