Straumann Group’s Post

Career development isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our Career Day series in Basel this week deliberately moved away from broad conversations and focused on targeted dialogue, recognizing that growth looks different depending on where you are in your journey. The three key themes for this year were self-reflection, the power of ongoing development conversations and the opportunity to expand skill sets through experienced based development with Straumann Group. The overall goal being to empower our people to unlock their potential by taking ownership of their careers. Alongside our full day event on Tuesday, 16 June which catered to all employees, we offered dedicated inspirational sessions specifically tailored to women in leadership roles, early-career professionals and people leaders because we know that meaningful development doesn’t happen through generic inspiration, it happens when people see a journey that reflects their reality. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making Basel’s Career Day focused, practical, and future-oriented. #StraumannGroup #UnlockingYourPotential #LeadershipDevelopment #EarlyCareers #CareerGrowth

Really nice initiative. The point about meaningful development not happening through generic inspiration really resonates. People engage much more deeply when career conversations reflect their actual context, stage, and ambitions.
