As a former researcher, the "Audience Rebuild Problem" drives me nuts. As Brian Monschein put it, too many would-be insights end up in a research "graveyard," never to be activated or acted upon. Or (and this might be worse), a watered-down version of all you learned about your audience survives the workflow and ends up driving creative and media decisions that miss the mark. Ugh! 😤
