Someone came up to me after a keynote recently and told me the part about AI being accessible to everyone and creating economic opportunities across different communities was what resonated most with her. That meant a lot. Because that's the part I work hardest to get right every time I speak. The conversation around artificial intelligence can feel exclusive in ways that I think do real harm. When AI gets framed as something only certain companies or certain people with certain technical backgrounds can access or benefit from, it creates a narrative that leaves a lot of people out of one of the most significant economic opportunities of our generation. That's not the reality. And it's not a narrative I'm willing to leave unchallenged on stage. AI is genuinely accessible right now to small business owners, entrepreneurs and people in communities that have historically arrived late to major economic shifts, if at all. The tools exist. The opportunity is real. And the gap between the people who understand that and the people who don't is closing fast. That's what I talk about when I speak internationally. Not the technical complexity of AI but the human opportunity. What it actually means for real people trying to build something real in a world that's changing faster than most of us expected. Reactions like this one are why these conversations matter. 😊🌍 #KeynoteSpeaker #AIForEveryone #ThoughtLeadership #ArtificialIntelligence #EconomicOpportunity #PublicSpeaking #RsquareMedia #PersonalBranding #OnlineReputationManagement #PRStrategy #AIOpportunity #CommunityGrowth #InternationalSpeaker #AIAndBusiness #FutureOfWork #LinkedInMarketing #ExecutiveBranding #BrandBuilding #DigitalPR #ContentMarketing

In an era where AI can generate content in seconds, the one thing it can’t replicate is your unique story. 🚀 At Soar To Live, we believe that for founders driving social impact, PR is no longer just about visibility, it’s about human connection and authority. As AI levels the playing field for information, the "Founder's Voice" becomes the ultimate competitive advantage. Here is why Founder PR is vital in the AI Era: ✨ Authenticity is the New Currency: People don’t buy from "brands"; they invest in the vision of the human behind them. Your lived experience and "Why" are what build trust. ✨ Cutting Through the Noise: When the web is flooded with automated content, a founder’s personal perspective provides the nuance and depth that algorithms lack. ✨ Amplifying Impact: For social impact ventures, PR isn’t about ego, it’s about advocacy. It’s using your platform to shift narratives and mobilize communities. As a founder amplifier, we are here to ensure your mission isn't just heard, but felt. Don't let your story get lost in the machine. Use your voice to lead. How are you showing up as the face of your mission today? Let’s discuss in the comments. 👇 #SoarToLive #FounderPR #SocialImpact #ThoughtLeadership #AIEra #FounderAmplifier #ImpactDriven #PublicRelations

I'm writing this for the person reading it in 2030. Hey future reader 👋 Right now in 2026 people are: → Debating whether AI is "just hype" → Scared of being replaced by machines → Overwhelmed by too many tools → Waiting for things to "settle down" → Underestimating how fast things are moving You already know how this story ends. You know which industries transformed. You know which skills became invaluable. You know which fears were unfounded. You know which opportunities people missed. I just hope the person you're reading this as… is someone who acted. Who learned. Who built. Who adapted. Who didn't wait. Because the window we have RIGHT NOW in 2026… is one future you would give anything to have back. Don't waste it. 🕐 ♻️ Share this with someone who needs perspective. #TimeCapsule #FutureOfWork #AITrends2026 #ArtificialIntelligence #ActNow #TechLeadership #Perspective

What is the big underplayed AI business opportunity? - 'Emotions' business. There's a sad but profitable reality to capitalism and consumer economy: people don't make rational decisions and give in to their impulses way too easily. Once big foundational model owners (or entrepreneurial visionaries) design an interface that allows individuals to experience strong emotions (surprise, joy, fury, fear, etc.), the subscriptions conversion + monetization opportunities will skyrocket. Even the now-available voice companions (with longer conversation time and stronger personification) can offer a very strong quick win value. I've tried to talk to the SuperGrok Motivator and got really impressed - my business coach lost her client. $30/month for a great all-knowing AI vs $50-200/ hour live psychologist or brainstorming is a no brainer. What's left is just packaging. In short, think about: 1) Human emotions and what causes them 2) Packaging 3) Hidden AI powers that people usually don't think about #AIEconomy #EmotionalAI #AICompanions #ConsumerAI

The real economy doesn’t need more AI hype. It needs practical, hands-on, build-alongside-me support. I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately in my work. I’m the daughter of a blue-collar family, and many of my closest friends growing up went on to work in the trades and other service-based industries. In my work, I’m seeing just how underserved many established service-based businesses still are when it comes to practical AI support. Not surface-level prompts. Not theory. Not hype. Real support. The kind that helps teams reduce friction, improve workflows, make better handoffs, and build stronger operations without losing the human core of the business. And most certainly, not replacing the people who work in these businesses. I’m seeing that some of the most meaningful AI adoption work still needs to happen in these businesses, so more time is spent serving people, from employees to clients. Especially among women who own, operate, or lead in commercial infrastructure, trades, real estate, property management, and hospitality. If that’s you, or if someone comes to mind, I’d love to connect. Message me! I'm working on something really energizing to free up burdens and bottlenecks, and bring women in these industries together! #ai #futureofwork #aienablement

AI is transforming the world of work faster than most people expected. Tasks that once took hours can now be done in seconds. Entire industries are evolving. That doesn’t mean opportunity is disappearing — but it does mean many of us will need to find new ways of creating value and making a living. One of the most powerful advantages in this new era is understanding how you are naturally wired to contribute. That’s why we created PurposeDNA. PurposeDNA helps people discover their natural strengths through five core archetypes: • Builder – turns ideas into real projects and businesses • Creator – brings imagination, originality, and new ideas • Guide – helps others grow through teaching and mentorship • Explorer – driven by curiosity, learning, and discovery • Architect – designs systems, strategies, and long-term vision Understanding your archetype can help you focus on the kind of work where you naturally thrive — something that will become increasingly important in the age of AI. Curious to discover your PurposeDNA? I just joined a terrific Chief session with Dr. Ayesha Khanna (Co-Founder & CEO, Addo AI) on From Strategy to Execution: Activating Your Team for the Human-AI Partnership - and it was wildly illuminating. Two points I loved: "AI is making us all uncomfortable… and it’s making US have to up OUR game." "AI accelerates productivity; humans must dictate strategy and quality." With content now at our fingertips, the differentiator isn’t output - it’s distinctiveness, strategic judgment, and quality control. The real opportunity is using AI not as a crutch, but as an amplifier of human insight and standards. It could be a real game-changer for the social impact world - helping nonprofits, under unprecedented financial pressure, leapfrog constraints, differentiate, and serve clients better, faster, and more efficiently - if we choose to embrace it. #AI #HumanAI #Leadership #FutureOfWork #NonprofitInnovation #SocialImpact #CHIEFNetwork

As we close the month of March, celebrated globally for women's accomplishments, join me and several #Africanwomen #founders, #CEOs, #thoughtleaders, #entrepreneurs, and #investors, either in person or virtually, for a conversation on how to strategically use AI in your daily life and at work. As a tech leader and tech geek, I’ll be sharing and demoing some of the exciting AI tools I’ve been using to boost my own agency and productivity. The key is #AI is not a replacement for critical thinking, but a tool to expand our agency. Here's the framework I've been working with 6 levels of AI engagement (and I will be sharing how you can engage and be proficient at each level): Level 1: AI for everyday answers Level 2: AI for daily work Level 3: AI for prototyping Level 4: AI for building apps Level 5: AI as your personal agent Level 6: AI ambassador, instructor & thought leader No matter what level of AI skills you currently have, I invite you to be part of this timely conversation. I’ll also explore the tension of staying human and original in the age of AI I’m excited to engage with you and explore these possibilities together! #ArtificialIntelligence #AIinWork #AIforEveryone #Productivity #Innovation #TechLeadership #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfWork #HumanInTheLoop #AItools #AIstrategy #PersonalGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment

Every week, someone asks me, quietly or bluntly, “Be honest. Is #AI going to replace what you do?” Let me answer this clearly and bluntly. Social impact is created by people not by tools! If your #communications strategy can be replaced by a prompt, you did not have a strategy to begin with. #SamAltman recently made a point about art. If something is beautiful but you know AI made it, the value drops. If a human had something to say and used AI to express it, the value holds. Altman called it "a very positive sign for human creators." That distinction matters deeply for the social impact sector because we are dealing with lived experience. With stigma. With power. With communities who have every reason to question our intent. AI can draft your annual report. It cannot sit in a village and sense what is not being said. It cannot feel when language is extractive. It cannot understand when a campaign is technically correct but culturally tone deaf. It cannot tell you that your message is polished but your posture is patronising. #Strategiccommunications and #creative thinking in social impact is not content creation. It is judgment. It is politics. It is empathy. It is knowing when to speak and when to stay quiet. Right now, most organisations are asking, “How do we automate comms?” Wrong question. The real question is, “Do we have people who can think critically, read power, and use technology without surrendering to it?” The most sophisticated AI stack is useless without human judgment steering it. Tools do not build trust. People do. So yes, please invest in AI. It is a powerful accelerator. But invest far more in your communications and creative talent. Train them to work intelligently with technology. Protect their thinking time and back their judgment. Or as Wes T. King says in a recent post: “Don't mistake the tool for the craft”

I didn't build an AI agent because it was cool. I built it because nobody's coming to save the solo creator. There's no ops team. No assistant. No one who remembers that the newsletter needs to go out and the client project needs a check-in and you still haven't posted on LinkedIn this week. So I built an agent that knows my projects, my content workflow, my voice, and my business. And I put it on my phone. Now I can message it while I'm walking the dog. Ask it to draft a post from a newsletter I wrote last week. Check on a client project without opening my laptop. It's not some Silicon Valley flex. It's not even that complicated. It's a one-woman business deciding that the way she works should actually work for her. When you run everything yourself, the biggest bottleneck isn't ideas or talent. It's bandwidth. It's the mental load of holding it all. AI doesn't replace you. It gives you back the capacity to do the work only you can do. And the barrier to building something like this? Way lower than I expected. You don't need to be technical. You need to be clear about how you work and willing to experiment. The women I talk to every day are more than capable of this. Most just haven't been told it's an option. It is. Follow for more AI-in-real-life insights.

An analyst forecasts an AI-driven economic crisis, predicting potential Luddite-like revolts against technology. This perspective highlights a growing concern: as AI automates more roles, the societal impact could lead to significant economic disruption. The fear is that blame for job displacement and economic inequality will be directed at the technology itself, potentially fueling resistance. How can we navigate this transition to mitigate widespread economic hardship and societal backlash? #AI #EconomicCrisis #FutureOfWork #TechnologyImpact #SocietalChange
