Last night in Charlotte at The Palm Restaurant, we hosted and sponsored an HR/TA Leadership & Connection Dinner on AI in the Workplace, focused on what it really means for people, skills, and leadership today. Led by Tamla Oates-Forney, the conversation stayed grounded in real adoption and real challenges, with honest perspectives from leaders at different stages of their #AIjourney. One simple takeaway that stuck: “phone a friend.” Find at least one person in the room to stay connected with, share ideas, and not go it alone. We appreciated everyone who joined and contributed. It was especially interesting to hear the range of perspectives, from those fully embracing #AI to those still working through the uncertainty.
