Lyft deactivated my account because they thought a document that I submitted is fake which is not . There was no need to deactivate my account they just need to tell me to submitted again.I haven’t been able to drive for two weeks.Live chat agent are no help there’s no phone number to call.I was also told by a live agent that phone numbers are only provided for Elite gold member which makes no sense at all. They reply with an automated email saying to reply with evidence but there no way to reply because is a no reply email. When I reply I just get another automated reply. This is honestly so frustrating,I been contacting Lyft on every platform and I won’t stop until I get the help I need or I will contact a lawyer. Everyone just keep giving me the same response that someone would contact me soon and I’m still waiting. You guys are busy doing other stuff please help you drivers I know there a lot of people this happened to, a lot of people trying to get help and there’s no help.
Is that why you’re overcharging customers and inflating prices? Two days in a row, I booked at one price and the final charge jumped over $15 dollars. Twice in a row. What’s going on?
Can someone here at Lyft hep me the customer service is unable to do so
So glad I'm in an electric... Prices just went down to $0.25 a KW at much local supercharger.
No you’re not you want people to use your card then get the discount! This is so bogus it’s not even funny
Well I’m about to throw around $1000 into suspension work. Got any plan to help me with that?

1wWhat do you think's going to happen, Lyft had no loyalty their drivers. They throw them out like they're a dime a dozen. I drove for them for over 8 years 13,000 rides a five-star driver and I get permanently deactivated for two alleged unsafe driving over 2 years apart. I was a five-star driver, with a clean driving record. Common sense went out the door with Lyft.
