🚨Play is under pressure but Jason Momoa is here to save the day. New research shows just five hours of play a week can significantly boost family happiness and wellbeing - yet an increasing number of families say they aren't getting enough play. Enter Jason Momoa. Taking on his boldest role yet as the new LEGO(r) Playmaker, he's on a mission to help families rediscover the power of play. From blockbuster to boardroom, Jason brings his signature playful thinking (and a few “brick clicks”) to centre stage to present his ideas to get the whole world playing. Join us, and Jason, on June 11 to celebrate #WorldPlayDay and #NeverStopPlaying. 🎉

Five hours a week is the number. But the harder question is what kind of play is actually getting protected? Unstructured, self-directed, unproductive-by-design... That's the question I've been sitting with. Glad to see the conversation happening at this scale. Great initiative.

LEGO talking about the importance of play by actually playing with the message is probably the most LEGO thing possible. Turning research and wellbeing into imagination, storytelling and a bit of fun makes the idea much stronger. Sometimes the best way to explain the value of play… is simply to play.

If Jason Momoa is calling for more play, who are we to argue? 🧱🙌 Five hours of play a week sounds like a mission we can all get behind, more building, more laughing, and a little more imagination in the everyday. Bring on #WorldPlayDay!

And now I love Jason Manoa more! Legos are all ages. I decided to decorate my new office with Lego flowers. They are making a great background for conference calls. And they are a conversation starter! Here’s my work in progress. I’ve been trolling thrift stores and garage sales for antique/vintage crystal cases worthy of my flowers.

Five hours a week sounds modest. But when you’re actually trying to make it happen between school runs, work, and everything else — it takes real intention. The research tracks. The weekends we actually sit down and build together are the ones my kids talk about the most.

YAS!!!! I use Lego in my coaching. My signature method is called ‘flocking fabulous ™️’ . It allows women to start exploring who they are as they’ve evolved and then take this home and PLAY with friends, family. It’s infectious!

Love it. Particularly the 5 P's. Gotta go play now, just for the joy of it..

I love that the bonsai tree can be in bloom or just green.
