John Sarihan’s Post

DevX and CI are on the critical path to revenue for every Neofirm. We’re growing exponentially, which means running more experiments and shipping more code every month. Our agent infrastructure has to keep up with customer growth, and our engineering tools/stack have to keep up with a growing team/codebase. Each manual experiment or slow deployment hurts the iteration loop. Slower feedback means slower growth. So, we’re hiring for our Infrastructure + DevX team. You’d work on: - Building better tools for development and experimentation - Making CI and verification faster - Designing agent/document infrastructure that can support 10x, 100x our current scale We’re looking for experienced engineers who want to shape the systems we’ll need for our next stage of growth. Send me a message or apply here: https://lnkd.in/eMEJhkQn Base: $240K–$360K, ++ equity We’re hiring across the company too, so feel free to reach out about any of our technical roles!

“Slower feedback means slower growth is the key line. At this stage, infrastructure stops being plumbing and becomes a growth constraint.”

Investing early in DevX, fast verification, and resilient agent infrastructure is the ultimate leverage for rapid iteration. Exciting to see Crosby scaling the engineering foundation to support 100x growth! Sent a connection request your way, John Sarihan
