Such a great evening with great conversations— a lot about the impact of AI to the contact center and customer experience. And even though I am a lifetime Philadelphia Eagles fan I was thrilled to get a pic with Leonard Marshall New York Football Giants ten season defensive end, two time Super Bowl Champ! What amazing work he is doing to help player safety after his diagnosis with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) from all the concussions he suffered during his playing days.

This perspective on using AI for 'resolution, not containment' is spot on. Scaling CX is not just about automation; it's about leveraging human-centered insights to drive meaningful change. Great to see ibex leading these crucial conversations in the AI era.
