OVERVIEW This particular client is a smaller MEP firm whose project portfolio includes: healthcare/ hospitals, multi-unit residential, education, retail, hospitality, office/ TI. The ideal Candidate will lead and oversee mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, and plumbing are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES • Quality control of engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Client leadership and strategic oversight • Track project progress and resolve technical or scheduling issues • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards HIGHLY PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • BSME, BSAE or similar with 5+ years’ experience • Revit, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, HVAC system, ductwork, and hydronic • PE • No VISA sponsorship available If interested, please send resume to Info at Fortify TS dot com!
