We Need to Enforce This!
This statement is too broad.Saying that one has to be "quiet" while peaceably assembling is out to lunch.People have a right to talk while they are standing there with signs and peaceably assembling. They do not lose free speech rights while peaceably assembling. They have the right to speak. THAT is what a protest is supposed to be. People objecting about other people doing wrong - whether this is government or business or other organizations.Yes, it is true - about the rest. If it starts doing all that nonsense, that's not protesting. Calling it such - That's just redefining words - and Orwellian doublespeak. And BOTH left and right get this part wrong.
So the summer of love was a dream?
This is the same guy that's said the January 6th insurrection was just tourists at the Capital. When white republicans do it- it's ok. When Democrats (especially black and brown democrats) do it - it's a "riot" And that my friends, is the definition of a "cult
I don't remember the noise restriction on the freedom of speech, which IS the freedom to protest.
This is LinkedIn. I can’t see the relevance to the business world
Nope you have right to free speach also even cussing and yelling so long as it’s not direct threats
I know this, but so many others don't.
I think these past few "No Kings" rallies exemplified this.
