3dGreat read. One thing worth adding to the conversation, Africa produces roughly 70% of the world's cocoa and the farmers behind that supply are largely absent from the discussion here. The volatility and supply chain challenges described do not start at the manufacturer level, they start at the farm. Investment in farmer education, infrastructure, and fair economic participation in origin communities will matter just as much as formulation innovation. I hope plans to support cocoa farmers are part of the roadmap too. Africa has real potential and the industry has a role to play in unlocking it through real collaboration and investment. Just my opinion :)
