Arquitectonica’s Post

Avara Miami Beach, an 8-story multifamily residential development overlooking the bay, has achieved LEED v4 Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The certification reflects the project’s integration of sustainable design strategies aimed at improving building performance, reducing environmental impact, and supporting long-term operational efficiency. Avara includes approximately 177 residences above a structured parking garage and features amenities such as a second-floor pool deck overlooking the bay, a fitness center, club room, bike storage, and pet-friendly spaces designed to support an active residential community. #AvaraMiamiBeach #MiamiBeach #Arquitectonica #LEEDGold #SustainableDesign #GreenBuilding #ResidentialArchitecture #MultifamilyHousing

Beautiful project, congrats to the team. The massing, lighting, and facade articulation come together really well here, especially in how the building engages the bay views.

Great to see this level of integration between architectural expression and sustainability. The project balances strong façade articulation with environmental performance, which is becoming essential in contemporary multifamily design.

Great project — congratulations to the team. Curious if FBC 2023 luminous egress path marking requirements were considered at the design stage? It’s often overlooked but impacts life safety and long-term operations.

Great to see this happening here in Miami 👏 Sustainability is no longer a “nice to have” it’s becoming a core value proposition in real estate!!
