What do the top two restaurants on this list have in common? They both have the same magical advisor— a woman who, I believe, has launched more hot hospitality brands than any other person in the world.  She happens to be a friend and a business partner too.  Her name is Becca Parrish. I discovered Becca because I would go into every impossible-to-get-into restaurant in New York and ask, "who's behind this magic?" The same name came up: Becca, Becca, Becca. Thus, I sought out this person and asked her to be in business with me.  Congratulations to all the entrepreneurs, owners, and chefs on these fabulous new openings!
