Congratulations to Adventist Health's first-ever graduation of LAUNCH! What began as an idea to expand opportunity, build skills, and invest in talent has officially become a reality with the wrap of this first cohort. 33 Participants completed 25 hours of healthcare exploration, including hands-on activities, panels with healthcare professional, and introductions to a wide range of healthcare careers and concepts. I’m incredibly proud of our graduates and grateful to the instructors (Ariel Armanino, Nehemiah Sitler and Noelle Del Carmen), partners at WE Will! Workforce & Education K16 Collaborative and Capital One, and front-line team members who helped bring this program to life.
