Clio Draft is now available in Canada 🇨🇦 Legal professionals spend up to 90% of their time working with documents — and more than half say too much of that time goes to non-billable tasks. That's the problem we built it to solve. Here's what Canadian firms can do with AI-powered document automation today: ➡️ Turn existing Word documents into reusable automated templates — no rebuilding from scratch ➡️ Send dynamic questionnaires that automatically gather client information and populate documents ➡️ Generate complete, accurate legal documents in minutes instead of hours ➡️ Access a growing library of court forms for Ontario and British Columbia And for Canadian firms where data residency is non-negotiable — Clio Draft is hosted entirely on Canadian servers. This isn't document automation adapted for Canada. It's built for it. See what it can do for your firm: clio.com/ca/draft

I made 2 free videos showing exactly how to automate document generation for your PI firm. No fluff. Just the setup. Video 1 — If you use Clio/Filevine: How to connect your case data to auto-generate LORs, HIPAAs, and engagement letters the moment a case hits the right stage. Done in under an hour. Video 2 — If you use Word, Google Docs/Adobe: How to build the exact same system using Google Drive and Google Docs. Free tools. Zero extra software. Works today. Both videos show the full setup start to finish. A paralegal at one firm was spending 22 hours a week on documents. After this setup under 3. Want both videos? → Follow me → Comment DOCS → I'll DM you both today

When I started working with contracts, I wasted a lot of time scrolling between different parts (e.g. the definitions and the clauses). Next Wednesday, I’m partnering with Clio to present a free CPD webinar on how to use Microsoft Word better (link in comments), including how to save time reviewing contracts by: 1️⃣ Splitting out a different part of the contract You can split your view of the document so you can see different parts at the same time. All edits in the different views will be made to the main document as well. To do this, click on the “View” tab and choose either the “New Window” or “Split” option (depending on your personal preference). 2️⃣ Jump back-and-forth between automatic cross-references If you’re clicking an automatic cross-reference and want to return to your original position, there’s a shortcut available. To do this, use “alt + left key” after you’ve clicked the cross-reference. 3️⃣ Reviewing side-by-side comparisons If you’re reviewing two documents against each other (e.g. a head contract with a backed-down subcontract), you can make both documents scroll at the same time. To do this, click on the “View” tab, choose “View Side by Side”, select your other document and then click “Synchronous Scrolling”. If you think this is helpful, please tell a friend and register here for the webinar and recording: Mastering Microsoft Word: Best Practices for Reviewing and Amending Contracts and Legal Documents 📅 Wednesday 18 March 2026 🕐 1:00pm AEST Plus earn 1 CPD point when you attend live (registration link in the comments). ----- The webinar is kindly sponsored by Clio, the AI-driven legal practice management platform that helps law firms organise matters, documents and client workflows more efficiently. #lawyers #lawfirms #legalprofession #lawschool #microsoftword

Before building Lexaro, we spent years developing successful software solutions for different industries. And no matter the domain, one problem kept showing up: - Too much manual work - Too many disconnected systems - Too little time for what actually matters When we started speaking with lawyers, it was the same story—just more intense. So we built something better to fix this. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗿𝗼 — 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜-𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀. A single platform to manage cases, documents, billing, and client communication—without the chaos. - Built on real-world experience - Designed for real legal workflows We’re offering a 30-day free trial for early users. If you’re a lawyer looking to simplify your practice—this is for you.

Is your law firm’s digital "front door" locked? 🚪⚖️ For many small law firms, a website is often an afterthought. You're busy winning cases, so "updating the site" stays at the bottom of the to-do list. But here’s the reality: In 2026, your website is your most important paralegal. Whether you’re a solo practitioner or a small boutique firm, here is why a modern website is no longer optional: -The 3-Second Credibility Test: Referrals will still Google you before calling. If your site looks like it’s from 2012 (or doesn’t exist), you’re losing potential clients to the firm down the street that looks "current." -Automation = Billable Hours: A modern site can handle intake forms, appointment scheduling, and FAQs. Stop playing phone tag and start capturing leads while you sleep. -Mobile-First or Nowhere: Most clients search for legal help on their phones. If your site isn't fast and mobile-responsive, Google won't even show it to them. At Jettsites, we specialize in building high-performing websites for small law firms that need to stand out without the headache. Not sure what your firm needs? We’ll do a free, no-obligation demo of what your new site could look like. No strings attached—just a clear look at how a better digital presence can grow your practice. 👇 Comment "DEMO" below or send me a DM to see what’s possible. #LegalTech #LawFirmMarketing #SmallLaw #WebDesign #Jettsites #LegalInnovation

Most legal software is designed to help individuals complete tasks. That works, until firms grow. Scaling requires visibility, coordination, and execution across the entire operation. That's what systems are built for.
