Open to Work comes out today, and it captures a tension I see across teams right now. AI is showing up everywhere in our work, but a lot of people are still hesitating to fully engage with it. That’s what makes this book so relevant and timely. It’s grounded in what people are experiencing and focuses on building real AI literacy as a day-to-day skill. In practice, it looks like using these tools to learn faster, explore ideas more deeply, and approach problems from different angles, while building the judgment to know what to trust and what to challenge. That balance is quickly becoming a core skill. Congrats to Ryan and Aneesh on the launch. This will help a lot of people take their next step in building their AI skills.

Honest question: Do you actually know how AI will impact YOUR job? Not in general. Your exact role. Your skills. Your future. Most people don’t. And that’s risky. I’ve been working on something to solve this. It calculates your AI career risk and shows what to do next. Takes less than a minute: www.getfluxai.com What do you think your risk is?

Yusuf Mehdi, Really interesting perspective, that balance between using AI and applying human judgement is becoming essential across so many industries. In travel, we’re seeing the same shift. AI is fantastic for inspiration and speed, but the real value comes from knowing how to interpret that information and turn it into something that actually works in the real world. Those who learn to combine both technology for efficiency, human insight for decision-making will have clear advantage.

AI is everywhere, but the real shift happens when people move from awareness to consistent, practical use.

Most professionals think they’re safe from AI. They’re not. We built an AI career assessment to measure this and the results are surprising. 👉 A large number of people fall into the medium to high risk category 👉 Many are missing just 2–3 critical skills 👉 Almost no one has a clear roadmap The difference between staying relevant and falling behind? Clarity. Once you know: Your AI risk score Your exact skill gaps What to do next Everything changes. No guessing. No random learning. Just a clear path forward. We’re currently giving early access to a few users. If you want to understand where you stand and what to do next 👇 www.getfluxai.com #AI #Career #Marketing #IT #GenAI #ChatGPT Flux AI
