How will junior ops people learn? If we drop everything into AI to get answers, approaches, results... how do we differentiate what's right and wrong and what is truly best practice or the gotchas that experienced people know? Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been sharing what my rebuild has looked like in real time. A big part of that has been learning how to integrate AI into the way I think, create, and work. What started as curiosity quickly turned into something more structured. I realized a lot of professionals are in the same position I was in: Capable. Experienced. But unsure how to actually use AI in a way that makes sense for their real lives and careers. Not from a technical standpoint, but from a practical one. So I started organizing what I was learning. The workflows. The frameworks. The ways to actually use these tools without feeling overwhelmed. And that became something I could teach. So I created a program called AI Leverage Lab. Learning never stops … I’ve just completed Claude 101 from Anthropic. What I find interesting about Claude’s philosophy is that it’s not designed to be just another chatbot, but rather a “thinking partner” for complex work. Some key ideas from the course that stood out to me: • Writing effective prompts using Context + Action + Format • Using AI skillfully through the 4D framework: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence • Organizing work with AI using Projects, Artifacts, and Skills • Connecting AI with real productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel The more I explore these technologies, the more I realize how important AI Fluency will be as a core skill for the modern workforce.
